The Big Scream is back
Coopers Cross is excited to announce that we are supporting the Big Scream, Dublin’s North East Inner City Halloween Community Festival. Running from Thursday 27th to Monday 31st October in locations across the Northeast inner city.
This Halloween will be deadly with funfairs in O’Connell’s School and Rainbow Park while entertainment along the Royal Canal Greenway will enchant the whole family. They will also be building on the success of last year’s Funfair Sensory Hour for children with additional needs as they look to include more activities in their 2022 programme.
Everyone is souled on 31 Screams of Halloween, their daily online competitions with prizes and giveaways on each day of October. The festival kicks off on Thursday, 27 October with a Monster Party in Mountjoy Square Park for local primary schools. Back by popular demand are the Ghost Walks (with real ghosts!), the Drac Olympics & Family Fun Day, Find the Fangs, Community Bingo, and the seniors’ afternoon tea, and sing-along.
Volunteers are still needed to make this community event the best yet. Enquire on the website alone to volunteer, as well as the full view of the programme.
